Some Apps and Websites offered by us may permit you to integrate with third-party data sources, such as Apple Health Kit, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Health, or Oura Ring, and share information collected through those sources with us. Additional terms applicable to those third-party data sources are set forth in Section 5 (“Data Collected Through Third-Party Integrations”).
2. What Information does Hologram Sciences collect?
The information we collect varies depending on the type of activity you are performing and helps us provide you the Website, Apps, personalize and improve your experience, and provide you with opportunities to learn about products and services that might interest you. In general, we collect information from and about users of the Websites and Apps (i) directly from you when you provide it to us and (ii) automatically when you use a Website or an App.
For example, when you download, register with, or use an App, or register with or use a Website, we may ask you provide information:
By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and other Personal Information.
That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
This information includes:
Information that you provide by filling in forms in an App or on the Websites. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use an App or a Website, subscribing to our service, posting material, and requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with the Apps or Websites.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete (such as name, email address, information on menstrual cycles, etc.).
Details of transactions you carry out through the Apps or Websites and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the Apps or Websites.
Your search queries on the Apps and Websites.
Your interactions and conversations with health coaches through the Apps and Websites, such as chat logs, scheduling information, and transcripts of video calls (if authorized by you).
Other information you voluntarily provide to us through an App or a Website, such as information about your health conditions or behavior (symptom tracking, cycle tracking, etc.).
Data you choose to provide us access to via integration with third-party data sources, as described further in Section 5 (“Data Collected Through Third-Party Integrations”).
We may also collect the following “Other Information,” which would be gathered automatically through your use of the Websites or Apps as described below:
Information from Other Sources: We may collect data that is publicly available such as information you have submitted in public forums, including social media platforms. We may also collect information from third parties such as demographic information and other information that can enhance our existing information about you. We use this information to provide you services and to improve the products and services we deliver to you, including to prevent fraud and/or to verify your identity.
Event Tracking Software: We may use event tracking software to track the actions you take through a Website or an App. We use this data to better understand the user, provide personalized experiences, to improve the user experience overall, and to market more effectively to the user.
Location information: We may request access to location data to enable Bluetooth connections between your mobile device and certain devices sold by us, or our subsidiaries or affiliates, that are compatible with an App. Location access may be utilized when Apps are being actively used or running in the background. We do not use this location data for any other purpose, nor do we collect, store, or share your location data.
De-identified and Aggregated Information: De-identified information is information from which individual consumer identities have been removed and that cannot reasonably be reconnected to a particular individual. We combine de-identified information of groups of people to gain meaningful insights into developing or improving products or services, marketing, or for any other legally permissible purposes. We may use de-identified and aggregated information to create market research products that we license to customers interested in consumer behavior and market trends. Our customer cannot re-identify any consumer whose information was included. De-identified and aggregated information will not be treated as Personal Information.

We may use your information to communicate with you if you have provided us the means to do so. For example, if you have given us your email address, we may send you newsletters, respond to inquiries, send administrative information, send promotional email offers on our own behalf, or email you about your use of the Websites or an App.
If you no longer wish to receive automated email communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email you receive from us or contact us at email@example.com. If you unsubscribe to Hologram Sciences messages or have not provided accurate contact information, you may not receive these communications.

Further, you may integrate your Fitbit with one or more of our Apps to share sleep, activity, and exercise data with us.
You must request and approve such integrations before the aforementioned data can be shared with us. Further, you can stop sharing such information with us by revoking the integrations at any time via the App. We use data collected from such integrations to provide you a more custom, tailored, personalized experience on our Apps and do not share such data with third parties, except for our internal business purposes as set forth in Section 3.
